Xref Limited (ASX:XF1), the human resources technology company, today announced the integration of its software as a service platform with iCIMs, a leading provider of cloud-based recruiting software, and that Xref was ‘live’ in iCIMS’ marketplace.
Xref’s platform automates the collection of feedback on potential and current employees, and these services can now be accessed through iCIMS’ marketplace which serves more than 3,500 contracted customers. Through its Talent Acquisition Platform, iCIMS enables companies to actively source and engage with potential job candidates, qualify and track applicants through the hiring process, and onboard new employees.
This integration extends Xref’s marketing channel of global human resources partnerships, which provide a cost-effective way for thousands of potential new clients to access Xref’s platform. iCIMS is headquartered in New Jersey, and is included in the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies in the United States. It has operations in the United Kingdom, and its services are used to hire new employees in more than 70 countries.
Xref’s platform automates the collection of feedback on potential and current employees for more than 600 clients in seven countries, including 36% of the ASX’s top 50 companies. The group is building a fast-growing global platform and serves clients in Australia and New Zealand, Europe, North America and Asia.
