Xref Limited, the human resources technology company which automates the candidate reference process for employers, today announced a new partnership with one of Australia's most successful online recruitment technology companies, Expr3ss! to combine applicant selection and employee reference checks.
The companies have integrated their cloud-based platforms and will promote their services through joint marketing activities. Expr3ss!'s clients will gain direct access to Xref's candidate referencing platform through their staff selection platform. Integration increases Xref's exposure to the small- to medium sized business market, which currently represents approximately 12% of Xref's business.
Expr3ss! uses proprietary algorithms to pinpoint applicants likely to be successful in a certain role. Its clients include national employers such as Beaumont Tiles, Kennards Hire, Alpha Flight Services, Krispy Kreme, Ogilvy PR, Laser Group and Spend-less Shoes. Expr3ss!'s services are highly complementary to Xref's candidate referencing system.
